I’m HAN Xudong, a Ph.D. student at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), advised by Chaoyang Song and Fang Wan. Previously, I received the B.E. degree in mechanical engineering at SUSTech in 2022. I also spent time at AncoraSpring in 2025.
My research interest lies at the intersection of robotics, mechanics, and learning. I am working on topics including dexterous manipulation, soft robotic perception, and learning from multimodal sensing. I aim to develop systems that can effectively perceive, understand, and interact with the physical world through vision, touch, and motion, enabling more adaptive and generalizable robot behaviors in complex real-world environments.
